So, today’s the day! I’m giving up – on sugar that is.
Sugar is in so many foods and we eat too much of it. Combine sugar with some good ole’ unhealthy saturated fat and you’re in for a double whammy!
I eat relatively healthy most of the time BUT I’ll have to admit that I’ve been a little free-willy with the Cab Sav and too many “I’ll just have a few bites.”
I’m excited about this. It might be cliché but it seems like the right thing at the right time. Last week, a sweet gal reached out to me to partner with DietBet to organize a game…. It was the little knock that I needed or so it seemed, so I agreed. It starts tomorrow!
So, I shall do this with my bootcampers – it is awesome to have other people to get back into the groove with and let me tell you, my bootcampers are hardworking, deep digging ladies, so I won’t be slacking!
With the intent of taking my healthy nutrition up a notch this week, we’ll need a fat blasting workout to go along with it.
This is the exact same workout that both my online bootcampers and in person bootcampers will be doing today! I’d love for you to play along.
I’ll also be tracking my food via MyFitnessPal, not to just count calories but to see where they’re coming from. Also, by ‘writing’ down what I’m eating, I’ll be able to keep myself more compliant.
